What you will be doing
As an Account Operations Intern you will be joining our Network team. The team aims to provide the best possible support to our customers, partners and repair shops in our network. Main activities surround building long lasting relationships with stakeholders and aid in solving any problems that might arise.
You will handle several tasks related to damage reports in our system, resolve quality issues and perform good account management with our network of body shops via phone, chat or email and occasionally on-site visits.
Your Responsibilities
Assess incoming reviews from drivers
Manage incoming cases (quality, payments issues etc.)
Onboarding new body shops and educating them on how to best use Fixico
Educate and engage the body shops to guarantee partner’s success
Being the point of contact for all operational communication and escalations with body shops
Ensuring a smooth and timely repair experience for our clients
Tracking and solving repair issues and statuses
Support in ad-hoc projects and tasks to optimise the Network
Support the Network team to gather information on body repair shops capabilities
What we are looking for
You are currently studying or have recently graduated in the areas of Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Marketing or similar
You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
You are customer-focused and have a proactive can-do attitude
You are a skilled communicator who can easily establish and maintain good relationships with partners
You are not afraid of conducting calls and approaching different stakeholders: partners, entrepreneurs, body repair shops etc.
You are a go-getter and love to tackle all sorts of challenges
You are a natural problem solver with an attention to detail
It would be a plus if you like automotive!
