The People &amp; Culture team is looking for an eager Executive Assistant who wants to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, supporting both the management and the people team.  You will join Fixico’s People team. The People team is responsible for growing and maintaining Fixico’s biggest asset: our people. We make sure that all teams can comfortably do their jobs, and ensure that the company’s culture is implemented throughout our fast-growing organisation.

 
 
The role
In your role a Executive Assistant you will support Fixico’s management team with daily tasks. Next to that you will support the HR team in administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include the following:
<ul><li dir="ltr">Managing the executives email inbox: reading, monitoring, structuring and responding to emails</li><li dir="ltr">Managing the executives calendars, and schedule their internal and external meetings</li><li dir="ltr">Preparing MT meetings, leadership sessions and Board’s meetings, capture actions and make sure that stakeholders follow up on action points</li><li dir="ltr">Organising business travels for the Management team</li><li dir="ltr">Supporting in the monthly payroll</li><li dir="ltr">Maintaining personnel records</li><li dir="ltr">Managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and employee handbook)</li><li dir="ltr">Updating (internal) databases with employee information</li></ul>

Executive Assistant

The marketing team of Fixico has three major responsibilities: supporting our commercial growth, PR &amp; brand management and value proposition creation and optimisation. In the commercial growth area, we have an opportunity for an experienced business-to-business (B2B) marketer, who can help us generate leads amongst automotive fleet operators in existing and new markets, create and execute our online account-based marketing strategy, and set up effective digital communication with existing business customers and our repair network across Europe. 

 
This B2B marketer with strong digital capabilities should also:
<ul><li dir="ltr">Have in-depth knowledge and experience of digital marketing strategy and execution</li><li dir="ltr">Be able to use and connect CRM-, Campaign management-, E-mail marketing tools and landing pages</li><li dir="ltr">Show measurable results, being able to set up, analyse and report key metrics</li><li dir="ltr">Be creative and have a growth hacking attitude</li><li dir="ltr">Feel comfortable to work in an international context with a strong focus on achieving results.</li></ul>

Senior B2B marketer

What you will be doing
As a Back-end engineer, you will contribute to our solutions while being a member of one of the teams working on a particular product domain. You’ll collaborate with our team of Product Owners, Front-end developers and UX/UI Designers. You will be working with, but not limited to; PHP, Laravel, MySQL and any other technology which you think might suit the requirements. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and deploy products that will be viewed by our customers all over Europe. 
 

Your responsibilities

Senior Software Engineer Back-end

What you will be doing
As a Front end engineer you will build the new features and components for Fixico’s dashboards. You’ll collaborate with our team of Product Owners, Back end developers and UX/UI Designers. You will be working with, but not limited to; modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js, etc), and any other technology which you think might suit the requirements. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and deploy products that will be viewed by our customers all over Europe. 
Your responsibilities
<ul><li dir="ltr">Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders to think through everything from success metrics, to the ergonomics of individual features. </li><li dir="ltr">Contribute modular, well-tested code to create delightful user interfaces and well-built systems., and work mostly with JavaScript (React/Redux/Next), Material UI, and REST API’s.</li><li dir="ltr">Optimise web applications to maximise speed and scale.</li><li dir="ltr">Build libraries and frameworks that support complex web applications, speed up development efficiency and improve code quality.</li><li dir="ltr">Contribute creativity and insight to solve both technical and business challenges.</li><li dir="ltr">Research and promote new technologies and best practices within the team.</li></ul>

Senior Software Engineer Front-end

As a quality assurance engineer, you will perform and setup all kinds of tests, and collaborate with our team of Product Owners, Backend developers and UX/UI Designers. Your main tasks are auditing, training and coaching of the product teams to make sure that both internal requirements and company standards are met. Together with the product owners, you assure the quality of our products. You support technical activities, with the aim of reducing the overall number of issues. You ensure that issues are solved, including root cause analysis, implementation of corrective actions and verification of effectiveness. 
Your responsibilities
<ul><li dir="ltr">Develop and maintain automated tests of the Fixico products</li><li dir="ltr">Communicate the status of test development to the appropriate channels</li><li dir="ltr">Communicate test findings to the appropriate channels</li><li dir="ltr">Make contributions to continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines</li><li dir="ltr">Work with product teams to continuously improve development tooling</li><li dir="ltr">Work with product owners to coordinate manual testing of new features</li><li dir="ltr">Solve hard problems primarily by getting the right context from the right people</li><li dir="ltr">Qualify and quantify risk, impact, and effort of work</li><li dir="ltr">Share the right amount of information with the right people, at the right time, and listen effectively</li><li dir="ltr">Provide support to other team members, spread knowledge, and develop the team outside formal reporting structures</li><li dir="ltr">Invest in tools and processes that lead to outsized impact so that we can be more productive.</li><li dir="ltr">Most importantly, help our internal customer service team via support to ensure they have the best experience possible with our internal tools.</li></ul>

Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Our marketing team is looking for a driven and passionate communications intern to help drive our marketing efforts. Our marketing team is responsible for the Fixico brand, public relations, communication, lead generation and support to other Fixico departments, with highly relevant and differentiating marketing materials and campaigns. 
 
Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape Fixico’s communication throughout all countries that we operate in. You will work on a variety of exciting tasks and projects that will improve your research and social media marketing skills, including but not limited to:

You will have the unique opportunity to establish and grow the largest network of repair shops in Europe.

Fixico is on a mission to become the largest car repair marketplace in Europe. You will be one of the driving forces behind our body repair shop network, from connecting new repair shops, building relationships with them and making them successful on the Fixico platform. Often you will be on the road, driving through Germany and personally visiting our repair shops. Together with them making our partnership a success. You will both be an adviser as a service provider to them, by being operational and sales-responsive.
