As a Body-repair Network Manager, you will be joining the Network team. You will be responsible for the growth of several of our high-potential markets. In this position, you will be the link between the body repair shops and Fixico, onboarding and engaging the Body repair shops, building long-term relationships with them and ensuring they use the Fixico platform effectively.

You will be one of the driving forces behind the development of our body repair shop network in Europe, from acquiring new repair shops, building relationships with them and making them successful on the Fixico platform. You will provide them with all the information they need, make sure they know what to expect and what we can offer to help. You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational while having a strong commercial mindset.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Strategic growth of EV network in Europe:

  • Spearhead the growth of EV-specialised body repair shops across the EU by identifying and onboarding them onto the Fixico network;

  • Ensure that these identified and onboarded shops can meet the requirements of Fixico’s EV OEM partners by conducting audits and providing technical training;

  • Become the primary point of contact with these EV body repair shops and ensure their adoption of Fixico’s platform.

  • Manage relationships with aftermarket suppliers including paint suppliers, part distributors, and tools & equipment manufacturers.

  • Negotiate contracts, foster partnerships, and ensure that our partners have access to premium products and services.

• Strategic management of the network in Germany:

  • Managing and monitoring the performance of the whole Network in Germany

  • Assess uncovered locations (white spots) and guarantee nation-wide coverage

  • Assist and educate repair shops to effectively use the Fixico platform.

  • Establish key relationships with channel partners to grow and scale the Network in Germany based on expected volume

What we are looking for

• You have 2-5 years of experience either as a Body Repair Network Manager, Fleet Manager, Account Manager or similar roles

• You have experience in the Automotive industry or/and you understand the nuances of the body repair processes and the technicalities of the industry

• You are native German speaker and fluent in English, any other language is a plus

• You are able to recognize & act upon new business opportunities

• You are proficient in negotiating contracts and agreements that foster collaboration and growth

• You have the ability to identify challenges, devise creative solutions, and adapt to changing scenarios

• You are skilled in cultivating strong, lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders

• You are open-minded, curious and collaborative

• You have experience with cost calculation softwares

• You are open to travel
