What you will be doing:

As a Data Analyst you will work closely with our Data Engineer, and report directly to our CFO. Together with the Data team you will make sure that each team has the key information available to help them make data-driven business decisions. You will be the main force behind making our company more data driven and translating data insights into actionable business goals.

Your main function as a Data Analyst will be to analyze, visualize and properly explain data insights to internal stakeholders. This means you will have to track the most important metrics, diagnose problems that may be occurring, and predict how different courses of action could optimize business growth. 


Your responsibilities:

  • Working closely with business leads to identify trends, opportunities and define business cases

  • Collaborating with our different teams on creating data insights and assisting in defining, implementing and monitoring their KPIs.

  • Performing ad hoc analysis on various business challenges.

  • Translating data insights into business goals.

  • Developing unique industry insights, advanced data reporting, and visualizations.

  • Come up with creative ideas to grow Fixico's business

  • Designing, running and managing ML models in production.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • You have 1-4 years of experience in data analysis.

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree, but preferably a Masters in Data, Economics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or similar.

  • You have strong knowledge of SQL and Python.

  • You are a skilled communicator and are able to clearly present your findings to business stakeholders.

  • You are comfortable with working independently and taking responsibility.

  • You are used to working in a fast paced environment.

  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI or Holistics is preferred.

  • Experience with BigQuery, Kubernetes, CI and Docker is a plus.

  • You are fluent in English.
