About the team:
Our marketing team is responsible for managing the Fixico brand, mapping out and executing strategies, creating valuable assets, and setting up various campaigns. We combine our passion for tech with industry expertise and create top-notch content to reach potential new customers; this is where you come in.
To help us expand further, we are looking for a B2B marketing intern to support our team.
What you’ll be doing:
You will assist the marketing manager with a variety of tasks. You will be responsible for many different projects, which makes this internship unique; as you will get a lot of responsibility and own projects in a wide variety of marketing-related topics. Your tasks will include, owning website projects, developing and optimising new pages, making sure the marketing asset archive is up-to-date for our Sales Managers to excel, as well as help organise our attendance at the biggest automotive fair in Germany.
Finally, Fixico is investing heavily in PR in the German market. You will be heavily involved in managing the agency and creating relationships with trade magazines.
For this role, you need exceptional project management skills and be an especially strong communicator and stakeholder manager. You are open-minded and social, you have no issue with approaching new people and persuading / motivating people to help you get your projects done.
You will focus on all aspects of B2B marketing
You will assist in setting a long-term strategy for the website and creating actionable tickets for development.
Assisting with improving the performance marketing channels (e.g. setting up new campaigns in LinkedIn)
You are responsible for PR efforts in the German market. You will act as the touchpoint for the PR in the German market, and also, establishing relationships with external parties.
You are responsible for maintaining and improving our archive with marketing assets for the Sales team.
You will be the project manager for many marketing projects, such as creating banners, promotional assets for repair shops, and organising our attendance at a fair.
Monitor and improve marketing allocation efforts through ROI analysis. Specifically, keeping track of our ROI sheet in order to monitor PR performance and lead generation.
Very good at English (writing and speaking) and native Dutch, German or French is a big plus
Good project management skills
Great social skills; you'll have no issues approaching people
Excellent writing skills
Strategic and proactive in moving projects forward and in the right direction
Analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills
Proficient in Powerpoint and Google Sheets/Excel
Self-starter, able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
You are a student for the entire duration of your internship
