Internship - Business Operations - Italy

Job Description

What you will be doing

As a Business Operations Intern for the Italian market you will be joining our Operations team. The team aims to provide the best possible support to our customers, partners and repair shops in our network.

During this internship you will learn from experienced professionals on how to manage relationships with our B2B partners through a hands-on experience approach. You will provide support in all incoming and outgoing communication with our partners in the Italian market, handling questions or issues that might arise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for our Italian B2B partners and assisting them with their inquiries

  • Partnering with other teams to find the best repair quotations for our clients

  • Assisting in the quality assurance of damage repair and reports

  • Ensuring a smooth and timely repair experience

  • Intaking issues and providing advice on how to best solve them

  • Researching the Italian automotive market and providing insight on business opportunities

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • You are currently in the final stages of your studies or have recently graduated in the areas of Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Marketing or similar

  • You are fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken, other languages like Spanish and French are a plus

  • You are customer-focused and have a proactive can-do attitude

  • You are a skilled communicator who can easily establish and maintain good relationships with partners

  • You are a natural problem solver with an attention to detail

  • Experience in using CRM software like Salesforce and administrative systems is a plus
