Job Description
The Role
Within this role, you'll get the opportunity to make sure the whole car repair handling process runs smoothly, by using your knowledge regarding car damage. You will be checking incoming damages and making sure the right information is shared with the network of repair shops.
Our Damage Repair Experts are checking the incoming damages, and making sure they are sent to our network of repair shops. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the full damage handling process from A to Z.
The Internal Operations team has one very important task: making sure the users of our platform are back on the road as soon as possible!
What's in it for you?
In the role of being a Damage Repair Expert Intern, you will ensure the damage repair handling process is as efficient as possible. You'll use your knowledge of car damage (repair) to help our customers and will have a unique opportunity to expand our knowledge even further.
You will work closely with our Partner Account managers, our Network Account managers, and our Customer Success team.
As a Damage Repair Expert Intern, you will;
- Guiding the full damage repair handling process from start to end
- Evaluating the incoming damages with an expert eye
- Creating and assessing offers and calculations
- Following up on the damage reports, mainly by phone, with both the users and the repair shops
Requirements
What we are looking for
- You are currently pursuing a MBO/HBO degree (preferably within an automotive-related study)
- You have a passion for cars/automotive
- You have a strong problem-solving ability
- You are good at working accurately
- You enjoy working in teams
- You are fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing). Knowledge of English, German or French is a big plus
