Fixico is an innovative and fast-growing tech company, well funded by top tier investors. We are expanding rapidly throughout Europe and are looking for a Network Account Manager for our German market.

As a Network Account Manager you will be joining the Network team. You will be responsible for the growth of one of our high potential markets. In this position you will be the link between the body repair shops and Fixico, onboarding and engaging the Body repair shops, building long-term relationships with them and ensuring they use the Fixico platform effectively.

Why do you want to meet us?

Fixico is on a mission to become the largest car repair marketplace in Europe. You will be one of the driving forces behind the development of our body repair shop network in Germany, from acquiring new repair shops, building relationships with them and making them successful on the Fixico platform. You will provide them with all the information they need, make sure they know what to expect and what we can offer to help. You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational while having a strong commercial mindset.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining strategic long-term relationship with our partners and body repair shops in Germany

• Managing and monitoring the performance of the whole Network in Germany

• Assess uncovered locations (white spots) and guarantee nation-wide coverage

• Assist and educate partners to effectively use the Fixico platform to meet their business goals

• Establish key relationships with channel partners to grow and scale the Network in Germany

• On-boarding of new Fixico partners

• Ensure retention and product usage

• Grow our assigned partners' revenue and satisfaction

What we are looking for

• You have 3-5 years of experience either as a Fleet Manager, Account Manager or similar roles

• You have experience in the Automotive industry or/and with body repair shops

• You are able to recognize & act upon new business opportunities

• You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus

• You have strong negotiation skills

• You have experience with cost calculation softwares

• You are a skilled communicator and relationship builder

• You are open-minded, curious and collaborative

• You are open to travel
