Fixico is an innovative and fast-growing tech company, well funded by top-tier investors. We are expanding rapidly throughout Europe and are looking for an Operations Manager in France. Someone who will bring our repair shop network and our partnerships in France to the next level.
You will have the unique opportunity to establish and grow the largest network of repair shops in Europe. Next to that, providing our business partners with the best possible service.
Why do you want to meet us?
Fixico is on a mission to become the largest car repair marketplace in Europe. You will be one of the driving forces behind our body repair shop network, from connecting new repair shops, building relationships with them and making them successful on the Fixico platform. You will be the commercial support for our French-speaking customers and partners
You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational but having a strong commercial mindset. This role comes with a lot of autonomy, and responsibility.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure the correct handling of repairs in French-speaking territories, from approving damage reports to finalizing repairs to handling issues that may arise
Being the commercial support for French-speaking accounts, ensuring successful partnership with B2B accounts
Expand and handle the Network management in French-speaking geographies
Connect new body repair shops to grow the network by direct sales, attending events and visiting their workshop
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth collaboration between Fixico, body repair shops, business partners and drivers
Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas
Your strengths consist of…
2 years of experience as an Account Manager or a similar role
Able to take a lot of responsibility and thrive when given autonomy
Able to identify and act upon new business opportunities
Skilled communicator and relationship builder
Native in French and excellent communication skills both written and verbally in English
Experienced in using CRM software like Salesforce
