What you will be doing


As a Partner Success Manager you will be joining our Operations team. The team aims to provide the best possible support to our customers, partners and repair shops in our network. Main activities surround building long lasting relationships with stakeholders and aid in solving any problems that might arise.

You will handle all incoming and outgoing communication with our B2B clients in Italy, arrange the best deals with repair shops for our B2B clients and handle questions from clients and drivers via mail, chat or phone. Next to that you are the one reaching out to clients to help them make a choice and book an appointment to repair their car damages.

Your Responsibilities


  • Managing our Italian B2B accounts

  • Optimizing all processes and volumes for the accounts

  • Arrange the best and fastest quotes for our B2B clients

  • Processing all B2B damages, including quality assurance and damage reports

  • Onboarding new partnerships and educating your account on the best use of Fixico

  • Being the point of contact for all operational communication with partners and their drivers regarding damage repairs

  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with different partners, such as international leasing and rental companies

  • Ensuring a smooth and timely repair experience for our clients

  • Tracking and solving repair issues

Requirements

What we are looking for


  • You have 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service roles

  • You have experience with CRM tools

  • You are service oriented

  • You have a proactive can-do attitude

  • You are a natural problem solver with an attention to detail

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to voice your opinion

  • You preferably have basic knowledge of car and car damage

  • You are a great communicator and are comfortable with stakeholder management

  • You are fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken
