What you will be doing:

As our Senior B2B Marketing specialist, you will work within our Marketing team. Our Marketing team is responsible for managing the Fixico brand, creating and executing lead generation activities and campaigns to grow our B2B customer base and all communications and PR activities within the company. In this role, you will also work closely with our Commercial and Product Development teams.

In this position, you will lead Fixico’s B2B marketing projects from beginning to end. You will also be responsible for ensuring our partners have the best possible customer experience. Your main goal in this role will be to grow the Fixico brand within our target markets by acquiring new business, retaining existing clients, and supporting the operations team in optimising our network of body repair shops.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing a growth strategy for our B2B business partners

  • Developing and optimizing business partner propositions at various stages of the product life cycle

  • Creating, managing, and executing on and offline marketing campaigns

  • Developing and maintaining different marketing outlets, such as social media, local and central websites (http://www.fixico-business.com)

  • Enhancing the customer experience, improving the driver and customer journey, and maximizing retention

  • Optimizing the marketing assets for our body repair shop network, going through the acquisition, education, and retention of our network partners

  • Research competitor offerings, business partner satisfaction, and body repair shop satisfaction, as well as identifying new market trends and developments

  • Setting up and maintaining marketing automation flows to support lead generation and business partner and body repair shop interaction


What we are looking for:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience within the marketing field or similar roles

  • You have proven experience in B2B marketing

  • You are a strong communicator who builds relationships with ease

  • You are proactive and can easily switch between tasks

  • You have experience with website design and development

  • You are familiar with using Linkedin Sales Navigator

  • You are used to working in an international environment

  • You have experience with organizing events and online webinars

  • Experience with the automotive industry is a strongly preferred

  • You have a native or fluent command of the English language (speaking and writing). Other European languages are a plus
