What you will be doing
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be joining the People and Culture team. Our People team is responsible for acquiring and maintaining Fixico’s biggest asset; our employees. You will be the one leading all TA activities and advice on the vision and strategy.
In this role, you will be seen as a real Business Partner/Advisor for all TA/Recruitment related activities. You will help to strategically build a wide variety of teams for different markets, focusing on our further expansion throughout Europe. As a fast growing scale-up, nothing is set in stone. This is why talent acquisition at Fixico is never-ending and ever-evolving. You will develop and lead Fixico’s recruitment frameworks to bring our talent acquisition strategy to the next level.
The role is based in our HQ in Amsterdam, but you decide when you need to work from home.
Managing the end-to-end hiring process of all positions across Fixico
Creating and executing a recruitment and sourcing strategy
Supporting HR in post-hiring projects, such as onboarding and performance management
Facilitate leadership on future expansions and hiring strategies
Developing an efficient employer branding strategy to better attract candidates of different seniority levels and backgrounds
Providing high-level guidance to management on how to effectively hire new members
What we are looking for:
You love people and you have a passion for making something good to great
You have at least 4-5 years experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
You are a natural networker with a commercial mindset and you enjoy hands-on projects
You can rapidly move from task to task and make a seamless transition between interviewing for commercial, technical and leadership roles
You have experience with international expansions
You are passionate about the recruitment process and proactive in developing new projects on your own
Affinity with start-up/scale-up environment is strongly preferred
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing). Knowledge of Dutch, German or French is a big plus
