Who is looking for you

The number 1 fast-growing car repair marketplace, backed by Silicon Valley investors, is expanding rapidly throughout Europe and is looking for a dedicated Expansion Manager who will rocket launch Fixico in the Danish market!

You will have the unique opportunity to be our pioneer in this brand new market. You’ll connect and become the main point of contact for our repair shops, and have a lot of responsibility within your role. Since you’re the one setting it up you’ll also be involved in creating a brand new Fixico team Denmark. This way you’ll directly contribute to the success of our company and our partners.

Why do you want to meet us (on purpose or by accident)

You will be the driving force behind setting up our repair shop network, setting up partnerships and managing these accounts. From initially reaching out to building a relationship with them to making them successful in using our platform. You're responsible for the acquisition and expansion of the repair shop and partnership network in the Danish market. You will provide them with all the information they need, make sure they know what to expect and what we can offer to help. You will act as an advisor and a service provider by being operational and sales-responsive.


  • Setting up the repair shop network in Denmark
  • Reaching out to potential business partners (fleet-, rental-, and lease companies)
  • On-boarding of new Fixico partners (repair shops & partners)
  • Ensure to create and work on maintaining a long-term relationship with our partners
  • Assist and educate partners to effectively use the Fixico platform to meet their business goals
  • Own the overall relationship with assigned partners, including; increase adoption and ensure retention
  • Grow our assigned partners' revenue and satisfaction
  • Set up the Danish team


Your strength consists of...

  • Experience in a commercial role, account management and networking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to recognize & report on business opportunities that come up during daily tasks
  • You are native Danish and have excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM look-a-like.
  • Administratively strong
  • Being open-minded, curious and collaborative
