Who is looking for you?

The number 1  fast-growing car repair marketplace, backed by Silicon Valley investors, is expanding rapidly throughout Europe and is looking for a dedicated Expansion Manager who will rocket launch Fixico in the French market!

You will have the unique opportunity to be a pioneer in this brand new market and helping us disrupting the old fashion way of car damage repair handling. 


Why do you want to meet us?

You will be the driving force behind the launch of our company within the French market. From setting up the repair shop network and business partnerships and creating a brand-new and driven team. 

You will be responsible for the acquisition and expansion of the repair shop network and making them successful on the Fixico platform. Next to that, you will be looking for new business partners to collaborate with.
Often you will be on the road, visiting repair shops and partners, establishing long-term relationships. 

You will have the opportunity to set up this market and create a team. This role comes with a lot of freedom, flexibility, and responsibility, directly contributing to the success of our company and our partners. 


Meaning:

  • Setting up the repair shop network in France
  • Reaching out to potential business partners (fleet, rental and lease companies)
  • Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners and network
  • Assisting and educating repair shops to effectively use the Fixico platform to meet their business goals
  • On-boarding of new Fixico partners and repair shops
  • Owning the overall relationship with assigned partners, including increase adoption and ensure retention
  • Growing our assigned partners’ revenue and satisfaction
  • Setting up a brand new team

Requirements

Your strengths consist of…

  • Experience in a commercial role, account management, and networking
  • Able to recognize & report on business opportunities that come up during daily tasks
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Native French and excellent communication skills both written and oral in English
  • Experience with Salesforce or a CRM look-a-like
  • Self-motivation and a lot of ambition
  • Going for pole position and never, ever giving up
