Who is looking for you
Our Customer Success team has one task: making sure every customer receives the best service! They are the first point of contact at Fixico. A question about the Fixico product? Help needed with making the right decision? The Fixico Customer Success team is there to help both customer and partner. Our service is not limited by targets, we do everything to put a smile on our customers’ face.
In this customer-centric role, you will contact the Fixico partners and customers. Built a relationship with our customers and making them successful in using the Fixico platform. But there’s more to it; you'll work closely with other operational teams and you act as an advisor and a service provider to our customers. This is done by being operational and sales-responsive.
Handle incoming mail, phone calls and chats (no cold calling!)
Advise customers and help them in making the right decision
Take care of the customer review process
Identify problems and look for appropriate solutions
Give our customers the best possible experience
