Our Operations department consists of four teams:
Damage Repair Experts, Partner Success, Network Success & Customer Success.
Our operational teams ensure that each operational aspect of Fixico runs smoothly and that all of our users have everything they need to benefit from our platform.

Interact with partners, customers, and body repair shops daily, and ensure a smooth repair handling journey for each car damage from every perspective

Damage Repair Experts
Safeguarding the quality of incoming reports is the main responsibility of our Damage Repair Expert team. Next to this, they support our network of body repair shops by thoroughly screening incoming quotes and giving advice on quote creation.
Maintaining strong relationships with our partners and ensuring that each repair is handled according to our highest standards is the main responsibility of our Partner Success team.
The Network Success team is responsible for maintaining relationships with body repair shops and helping them be successful on our platform. Next to this, they acquire new body repair shops and play a big role in the expansion to new countries.
The Customer Success team makes sure our customers receive the best possible service and experience a smooth and efficient repair journey. They offer advice and help them find the best offer for their repair.
